These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Montreal Leasing website and your submission of any contact, financing, or other request through it. Montreal Leasing is a trade name of 9518-2358 Québec Inc., located at 6200 Henri-Bourassa Ouest, Montreal, Quebec H4R 1C3 ("Montreal Leasing", "we", "us", or "our"). By using this site or submitting a form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Vehicle descriptions, photographs, equipment, mileage, pricing, and availability are provided for general information and may contain errors or change without notice. Photographs are for illustration only and a specific vehicle may differ. Prices are in Canadian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, exclude taxes, registration, licensing, and applicable fees. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a guarantee that a vehicle is available; all sales and leases are subject to a separate written agreement and to the vehicle remaining available.
4. Financing applications and credit checks
When you submit a financing request, you expressly authorize Montreal Leasing and its financing partners to collect, use, and verify your personal and financial information in order to process and evaluate your application. This includes obtaining one or more credit reports and credit scores about you from credit reporting agencies such as Equifax and TransUnion. This is a "hard" credit inquiry that may be recorded on your credit file and may affect your credit score. You also authorize us to share your application and supporting information with lenders and financing partners so they can assess your eligibility and present financing options. Approval, rates, and terms are determined by the lender and are never guaranteed.
5. Accuracy of the information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit. Providing false or incomplete information may result in your application being declined and may have other consequences under your agreement with a lender. Financing approval and terms are subject to verification, lender criteria, and applicable law.
6. Communications and consent
By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted by Montreal Leasing by telephone, email, or text message regarding your request, including using the contact details you provide. We may also send you commercial electronic messages where permitted by law; you may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us, and we will stop sending them within the period required by law.

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Montreal Leasing and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
